Meat Lovers French Bread Pizzas

Ingredients

• 1 French bread loaf, sliced in half lengthwise
• 3 tbsp butter, melted
• 1 jar pizza sauce (14-16 oz)
• 4 cups of shredded cheese, I used Colby Jack and mozzarella
• 1 lb Italian sausage
• 1 package pepperoni
• Crumbled bacon

Instructions

   Preheat your oven to 400°F.

   Slice the French bread loaf in half lengthwise and place on a baking sheet.

   Brush both sides of the bread with melted butter.

   Cook the Italian sausage in a skillet until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.

   Spread pizza sauce over the cut side of each bread in half.

   Top with cheese, cooked sausage, pepperoni, crumbled bacon, and the remaining cheese.

   Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the bread is golden around the edges.

    Broil for 1-2 minutes if desired for an extra golden, cheesy top.

    Slice and serve.
