Ingredients
For the Potatoes
4 large yellow potatoes (sliced)
1-2 tbsp olive oil
Equal parts: Paprika, Garlic powder, Onion powder, Black pepper, Salt, Garlic & Herb seasoning
For the Philly Cheesesteak Skillet
1 lb ground beef
1 green bell pepper (diced)
1 onion (diced)
1½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cheddar cheese soup
Your favorite steak or burger seasoning (to taste)
6 slices provolone cheese
Instructions
Slice the potatoes and place them in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and season evenly with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and Garlic & Herb seasoning. Toss until well coated.
Add the potatoes to your air fryer and cook at 400°F for 20 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. (You can also bake them in the oven at 425°F for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through.)
While the potatoes cook, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, diced onion, and diced green bell pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and the vegetables are softened.
Drain any excess grease, then stir in the Worcestershire sauce, steak seasoning, and cheddar cheese soup. Cook for 1-2 more minutes.
Reduce the heat to low and layer the provolone cheese slices over the beef mixture. Cover the skillet for a few minutes until the cheese is melted.
Serve the cheesy Philly cheesesteak mixture over the crispy potatoes and enjoy!
