July 4th Dirt Cake (No-Bake)

Ingredients

• Layer 1: Oreo Crust
• 35 regular Oreos
• 8 tablespoons of butter, melted
• Layer 2: Cream Cheese Layer
• 1 package cream cheese, softened (8 oz)
• 2/3 cup powdered sugar
• 2 tablespoons cold milk
• 8 oz Cool Whip
• Layer 3: Chocolate Pudding Layer
• 1 package chocolate instant pudding (5.9 oz)
• 3 cups cold milk
• 8 oz Cool Whip
• 1 package mini-Oreos
• 1 package red, white, and blue M&Ms

Instructions

   Make the Oreo crust: Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs (food processor or zip bag + rolling pin). Mix with melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 dish to form the crust.

   Cream cheese layer: In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and milk, mix until creamy. Fold in half of the Cool Whip. Spread evenly over the Oreo crust.

   Chocolate pudding layer: In a separate bowl, whisk pudding mix with cold milk for about 2 minutes until thick. Let it sit for a few minutes to fully set, then spread over the cream cheese layer.

   Top layer: Spread the remaining Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with crushed Oreos, mini-Oreos, and m&ms.

   Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight for best results).
